About Product:
For one of the top three oil conglomerates in the world, we crafted the Sine-Wave Filters for 630A drive. A total of 101 units were designed to endure the demanding floodplain conditions for a prominent client in the Middle East.
The Challenge:
At first, the client sought a different solution and was exploring manufacturers in an entirely different technology. Viewing this from our perspective, we identified opportunities to apply our technology. Though our proposal was initially met with reservation, we gradually developed a design that was not only feasible for us, but also met the rigorous parameters required by our demanding client.
Our Approach:
To convince the client of our concept, we sent videos recorded during our tests and measurements, proving the durability of the #ELHAND solution.
Our experience in the Oil and Gas extraction industry, as well as in the rail and marine sectors, proved invaluable in preparing the prototype
The Solution:
The filter we developed combines excellent electrical performance with innovative mechanical solutions, resulting in a device capable of operating in extremely hot desert conditions, resistant to rapid changes in temperature, humidity, and even temporary flooding.
The Outcome:
The project continues to evolve; we have already designed an entire family of these filters and received another order for dozens more units, tailored for even larger applications.
