Starting autotransformers - compact design
Starting autotransformers are used primarily in high power drive systems where the switching of the star connection in the triangle connection of stator windings is technically difficult and does not provide tangible results. In the case of start-up transformers the voltage can be arbitrarily lowered at the time of starting the motor, so that the current drawn from the network does not exceed the set value. If necessary, we can produce starting autotransformers with many tappings. "Compact" design of these autotransformers has a built-in circuit breaker and control system. Configuration of control system is determined individually for specific applications
